Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy

Purpose

This Policy seeks to create a framework and build an environment that facilitates and strengthens equal opportunity, non-discrimination, diversity, and the inclusion of people of all races, colours, religions, ethnicity et al for those with whom the Company interacts, irrespective of their sexual orientation, gender, or any disability(s) which impact them in any way. We act at all times in accordance with all applicable laws and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) approved by the United Nations in these areas.

Equal opportunity constitutes one of the basic pillars of humanity. Without equal opportunity for all, we believe that social progress is impossible.

Diversity covers the set of characteristics that make people unique and singular, including visible and non-visible traits.

Inclusion refers to how differences between individuals are valued and opportunities are generated so that everyone can realise their full potential. To that end our fundamental ethos focuses on developing the structures, systems, processes and culture that generate respect for the individual characteristics of all people.

We do not work with companies or organisations who do not demonstrate a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
