Are you ready for Carbon Literacy Action Day (CLAD)?

Last month The Carbon Literacy Project certified almost 2,000 learners, accredited 16 unique Carbon Literacy courses, and in total, have now saved over 157,000 tonnes of CO2.

With the Carbon Literacy Action Day taking place in just over a month’s time, on the 7th of November 2022, we are looking forward to taking part in this global effort to deliver Carbon Literacy Training to individuals and SMEs, enabling them to become Carbon Literate Certified.

As the Action Day takes place on Day 1 of COP27, and with annual COP conferences being the largest climate events of the year, this presents an even more opportune time to make a significant impact on climate change.

In the last 12 months since the COP26 conference in Glasgow the world has witnessed an increasing number of serious climate-induced disasters across Europe, Asia and America. So it’s more important than ever to collectively act on climate change.

In order to tackle climate change at the rate at which science demands, we need to continue educating people all across the globe at speed.

This month at Peak Governance we are providing a number of courses accredited by The Carbon Literacy Project.

We have a course on 7 November from 9am-4.45pm as part of the CLAD initiative (a worldwide attempt to certify a record number of people in one day by the Carbon Literacy Project) and plus a two-part course on 15 and 22 November.
