Environment can drive engagement
In a recent survey by the employee engagement platform Impulse, it was shown that employees who deem their employers to be environmentally conscious are 2-3 times more engaged at work, compared to those who consider otherwise.
As well as the workplace culture, a company’s social and environmental impact are just as important, not only to their employees but to their wider stakeholders also.
