I don’t believe your network equals your net worth.

I know it does.

According to multiple studies, 70–85% of jobs are filled through networking, not applications;

Founders with strong networks raise capital faster and at higher valuations;

Referrals convert circa 4x higher than cold outreach.

That’s not motivation - that’s maths.

Every meaningful jump in my career came from a person, not a résumé:

• Someone who took a call

• Someone who made an intro

• Someone who trusted me before I “proved it” on paper

Your network isn’t a contact list. It’s a distribution channel for trust.

And here’s the uncomfortable truth:

If you only reach out when you need something, you don’t have a network - you have names.

Real networks are built when:

– You add value with no immediate upside

– You follow up when there’s nothing to gain

– You connect people and step out of the spotlight

Money compounds with interest.

Careers compound with relationships.

The highest ROI asset you can invest in isn’t crypto, real estate, or skills.

It’s people.
